Regístrate en Firma Seguro

• Para acceder a Firma Seguro, simplemente haz clic en el siguiente enlace: App Firma Seguro

• Busca la opción "Registrarme" en el lado derecho de la pantalla y haz clic en ella para continuar.

• Para completar tu registro en la plataforma Firma Seguro, sigue estos pasos:

  • Escribe tu correo electrónico en el campo correspondiente.

  • Acepta los términos y política.

  • Haz clic en el botón "Continuar".

• También puedes registrarte con tu cuentea de Google

• Recibirás un código de autenticación que te permitirá activar el plan gratuito de firma electrónica. Una vez que el código se haya enviado correctamente, verás una notificación que dice "Código enviado exitosamente".
  

  • Si por alguna razón no recibes el código de autenticación, no te preocupes. Simplemente haz clic en el botón "REENVIAR CÓDIGO" cuando se habilite. Esto te permitirá recibir nuevamente el código para completar el proceso de activación.

• De esta forma, podrás ver el código OTP enviado tanto en WhatsApp como en los mensajes de texto de tu celular.

• En la plataforma de Firma Seguro, simplemente ingresa el código de autenticación que has recibido y haz clic en "CONTINUAR".

• Una vez completado este proceso, podrás acceder a la plataforma y tu plan gratuito de firma electrónica se activará automáticamente.
  

  Para facilitar tu experiencia al ingresar por primera vez al aplicativo, contarás con una ventana de bienvenida donde encontrarás enlaces directos a las diferentes opciones de Firma Seguro.

• To get started with Firma Seguro, simply click on the link below: App Firma Seguro

• Once you're on the app, click "Register" in the right to create an account.

• To register for the Firma Seguro complete your registration in the Secure Signature platform, please follow these steps to ensure successful completion:

  • To finish your registration, kindly furnish the required details in the mandatory fields: Name, Last name, Country code, Cell phone number, NIT, Bussiness name and Email address. Kindly ensure that the information you provide is precise and current.

  • You must agree to our Terms and Conditions to continue with the registration process. This ensures that you comply with our policies and regulationsType your email address in the corresponding field.

  • Accept the terms and conditions.

  • Click the "CONTINUE" button after accepting terms to proceed with registration.

• You will receive an authentication code to activate your free electronic signature plan. Once the code has been sent successfully, you will see a notification that says "Code sent successfully". This step will allow you to proceed with the process and complete your registration on the platform.

  • If you don't get the code, click "Resend Code" to try again and finish activation.

• You will be able to see the OTP code sent to both WhatsApp and messages on your phone.

• To sign documents on Firma Seguro, enter authentication code and click "CONTINUE".

• Upon completion of the process, the platform will be accessible and the electronic signature plan will activate automatically.
  
  When using the app for the first time, a welcome window with direct links to Firma Seguro options will appear, making it easier for you.
